Arch Brace can be worn directly against skin or over your hosiery. Place terrycloth side of brace against bottom of foot and position the larger curved edge just forward of heel. Pull straps up and over top of foot, then wrap them around foot. Secure straps under foot using the Velcro®-covered fasteners, adjusting them in a comfortably snug manner

Don't bother with this product. It's easier to wad up a sock and tape it to your foot. There's too much wiggle to the product and an arch brace has a hard time fitting such a huge variety of feet out there to accommodate us all. Save the dough - visit a pro!
