I first heard about these from a friend who is in a wheel chair. His Dr. told him to use these for his various aches and pains. I am pretty active and a fireman, so I tend to get sore from time to time. Heat is a great way to help with many pains and ailments and this item works fast and well. Very conforming and helpful. Highly recommended.

not so excellent as a cold pack, but fine as a hot pack. flexible material that you can put around neck, joints, or ankles~

These seem to help with my carpel tunnel syndrome. They are easy to use. These heated did help with the pain, though only temporary. haven't tried them for anything else, but my wife said they helped her arthritus.
